“I had so much fun working with Sarah. The program was tailored to my individual needs which made it easy to achieve my goals. My main goal was getting back in shape after having a baby and to slowly lose weight without hindering my milk production. Sarah made sure to increase my protein in ways that I could be successful and checked in with me weekly to make sure I was still consuming enough calories to keep up my milk production. Consuming enough protein was very difficult for me, but Sarah made it easy by providing high protein snacks/meals that I would ENJOY!!!! That was the best part because nothing is worse than eating foods you don't enjoy to achieve a goal.
