I saw Sarah for knee and shoulder pain after starting Olympic lifting. As a former collegiate swimmer and cyclist I had horrible mobility. She was able to help me squat below parallel, got my snatch, clean and jerk overhead mobility so I was able to lift pain free. I’m still using the exercises she gave me as pre-hab and warmup before I lift. If you’re looking for a PT to help you with pain or mobility issues she is the one! I’m 55 and feel like I’m 25 after working with Sarah!

I had so much fun working with Sarah. The program was tailored to my individual needs which made it easy to achieve my goals. My main goal was getting back in shape after having a baby and to slowly lose weight without hindering my milk production. Sarah made sure to increase my protein in ways that I could be successful and checked in with me weekly to make sure I was still consuming enough calories to keep up my milk production. Consuming enough protein was very difficult for me, but Sarah made it easy by providing high protein snacks/meals that I would ENJOY!!!! That was the best part because nothing is worse than eating foods you don't enjoy to achieve a goal. Personally, I love consuming fat and Sarah was able to make sure I could still enjoy all the things (cheese, almond butter, and more almond butter). Working with a coach that was willing to create a plan around my needs and preferences was refreshing. I highly recommend Sarah as a coach!
