This 6-week program is a completely self-guided program that includes 4 days a week resistance training. Each day is a full body day, with an optional abdominal workout at the end. Each workout should take ~70 minutes (including warm up), if you follow it precisely! This program is built to be versatile, so you can do it at home or at the gym, swap out equipment, adjust the weight (load) based on your current fitness level, and pick and choose which exercises to omit based on time, equipment availability, and physical ability!
There are videos attached to all of the exercises, so you will know exactly what to do. Each week is a progression from the last. The goal of this program is to progressively increase your strength with each movement! Make sure to log what weights you use so you can track your progress and watch yourself get stronger! :)
This program is a one-time purchase with NO REFUNDS. Once you purchase the program, you will be sent an invite via email to download the TrueCoach app & create a profile. Once you create your profile and it is activated, you will be sent the full 6 week program to follow. You will have access to this program indefinitely, so you can go back and start it again, stop and start at your own pace, and repeat the program as many times as you want. As stated before, this is self-guided so there will be no feedback given to you.
