Nutrition E-Book

$20.00

This 52-page Ebook was inspired by the common questions “what’s the difference between macros and micros?”. It’s a question I’ve answered many times, and when a client asked me, I knew there was a gap I needed to fill. I hope you learn something new in this book, whether that be what carbs are made up, that fats aren’t bad for you, or how to calculate your own calorie needs. It’s all important and I did my best to be as concise as possible. Please enjoy, and if you have any questions at all, please reach out to me!

Don’t take it from me, see what others have to say!

This book is a quick read, yet packed with information. I believe it can help me, as well as others, because examples are realistic and easy to follow. The nutrition charts/ guides provided are excellent reference tools right at your finger tips. I like that you're intune with the fact that each person has individual needs and preferences and there's no shaming anyone for anything, but rather acknowledging that consistency is key, attainable goals are best, and reaching out to professionals is recommended. I have been tracking my foods, hard tracking, as I learned from this book, for 10+ years now, and a lot of they advice you give in this book rings true. Particulalrly helpful is logging your food for the day first thing, planning around what you know you are doing that day, i.e. eating out with friends, and working the rest of your food goals around that event. I think that women especially, are afraid to eat for fear of gaining weight and this book supports that we need to eat a variety of good foods, not just salad, in order to maintain a healthy weight. I look forward to your following book! - Rebecca
